Doing a reno to accommodate 86 yr old Mother, she was so excited to pick out paint! Man in the store was rude, sarcastic and condescending, actually made her cry and leave the store. Perhaps he thinks he knows paint, he certainly does not deal well with women. Husband has been purchasing there for our business for years, not anymore. What kind of a person gets off making Grandma cry? Loss of $500 today, loss of an industrial account, all friends and family, $1000's! Get some help...
