Owner talks the talk and makes promises. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards. Roof leaked after first rain and was then patched up, owner didn't even bother to come. Had nothing but problems with the roof since. Tried to make contact but no luck. Cost me hundreds in water damage.
