DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Design and Conquer Home Improvement Ltd. are unprofessional. Our kitchen renovation was a complete disaster. Timelines were never followed. We had to deal with poor service, poor communication skills and a lack of caring. The two owners treated our home like an outhouse. Please do not hire this company. A rating of one star is being too generous and too kind.

Poor service, poor communication, poor quality work.

Hired this company in 2016. The work provided is amateur and not as promised. The only strength of the company is the sales pitch you will get. The company's mission statement is to be "approachable, reliable and to deliver excellent work". This is the opposite of what I received. The work was cancelled on day one after the deplorable workmanship. Once an issue is brought up to the owner, the patronizing unprofressional conduct will start and they will hang on to your cash. Buyer beware.
