Being 2-3 hours is normal for this company. That is if the order even shows up, and a few times it has not. The dispatch guy sounds extremely angry and impatient, hate his life or his job. Gets angry if you do not use the proper alcohol terminology - Argues that items are available or not available, I go to the store and see them sitting on the shelf... Up to $50 on a credit card (for some reason) and then you have to pay cash. Highly suggest you avoid a poor experience and get it yourself.

This was my first time using this service and it was utterly TERRIBLE. I ordered using this service and on the website it said the delivery fee was $8.00 for my area. Upon delivery, it was actually $12 because they charge $1 extra for every 3 items you order. Also, if you are not paying cash (which I wasn't) any total more than $50 is subject to the delivery fee AGAIN. That I had to pay an extra $16 in delivery fees!! No where was this listed on the site and when I called I had awful service!!
