    Every interaction with this firm was professional and informative. Jeff set expectations and delivered on his word. The fix to the foundation crack has kept water out of the basement during an especially rainy period. Water issues are not easy, but this group made the situation much less stressful and fixed the crack properly the first time!

    We had them out to fix a crack 8 years. But apparently when you need them to repair what was already fixed, the lifetime warranty only applies to them coming a looking at it and making excuses and further estimates of costs to fix!!! Would not recommend!!!!

    Your home has a walk out basement so the foundation steps down along the side of the house with brick façade above. We repaired a cr*ck in the foundation at one of these steps. The OBC requires that the grade be a minimum of 6" below the top of foundation. You had a landscaped stairway installed that covers some of the brick façade and has caused this leak. Have the stairs installed correctly or fix the brick and the leak will be gone. Why would the cost of this be our responsibility?

    The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. The workers completely clean up the job site at the end of the day. We have had to have many repairs done with DryBasement and our pleased with their work each time. Excellent service!

    The work was completed at our house yesterday and I have to say I am speechless, I can't believe that the work was done so quickly, and I can almost not tell that they were even there! They left everything so tidy and put everything back the way it was! Thank you for everything. You and your team really made this a painless process.
