As a former resident for 19 years, I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. And the superintendants the same. The only reason I sold my unit was to be closer to my children as my age is creeping up on me. hahaha
They were saying one thing one day and forcing the action, the week after they were saying opposite thing and attacking for what they did ... This brought a lot of financial loss and stress to me and my family
The staff is not very friendly and sometimes down right rude. They do not try to help or answer questions. A lot of things are done the same way as it would have been done in 1970. Also very unknowlegeable. To access condo pool they insisted that you need to provide passport photos, only when pushed would they say that maybe a small photo would do.
