Phone Service

The phone customer service is absolutely shameful. On this hot day feeling almost 40 degrees, I call in to ask for some prices because they aren’t on the website. So I do so and the guy I was talking to gave me an estimate and hung up. I am unsatisfied with my so called “service”. But when I go in the fast food place there are very nice cashiers ready to take my order so props to them.

The drive-through at this location has a protruding change donation box that makes it difficult to pass change between vehicle and McDonald's employee, especially when entering from the outside lane (lane furthest from building). Beware of the protruding change box. I did bring this issue up with the owner but he didn't seem to care.
