I’m Totally unhappy with the return policy at Canadian tire. Being a sub contractor I have always got my tools from here but the one time I needed to return a laser that didn’t function well which I bought yesterday wasn’t accepted. I will take my business else where and would appreciate a manager’s response for my years and years of choosing Canadian tire

I would not recommend this store for work on cars. It took them 5 days to get my car done. I put it in on a Friday got back Tuesday. Third person in line at 7 in the morning. Quoted a high price for three things done on the car they missed one thing they were supposed to do. Tell me there is more wrong with car and then the car starts acting up. The sound is there where the work was supposed to be done. Will not go back again overcharged me for three things

Great experience in getting and installing winter tires. Fantastic staff!

Some of the staff is not very knowledgeable nor courteous. The only store in my life where I got furious (not once but twice) in my life and I am 63 years old.
