My second and perhaps last purchase at lowes. I found their behavior questionable. I placed an online order for some recessed and LED lights along with some clearance item. They canceled a bunch of clearance items the next day, saying they were not in stock. Yet a day later the same items are available online and in store for regular price. Both lights i bought as brand new are repackaged, in damaged box. The damaged side was hidden in the bottom of the cart. Im appalled. VERY Unprofessional.

the manager at the store is extremely rude and unprofessional. he told me it was my fault i had to drive from outside of town to come and shop at his store. and that i should be smart enough to know that i had pick up a missing order that i did not pick up. and they had no documentation of it being pick up. terrible manager is why i will never do business here again.
