very very very poor costumer service. just go there to inquire and no one ever give me a right answer, seem no knowledge on what they are doing, and its just about the money they are thinking.

Worst salon I've ...

Worst salon I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. They wouldn't honor a gift certificate but didn't tell me until after starting to cut my hair. The hair dresser didn't listen to what I wanted and did her own thing to MY hair. The staff were whispering to each other and more then one person touched my head. I'll NEVER go again!!!!

Aweful

The costumer experience is terrible! They didn't listen to what I wanted for my sons first haircut and i was completely disgusted by they way one of the ladies treated me. I will never be back!!!
