My brother lived at First Place for five years until his death last November. He always liked living there, and we found the staff very kind and helpful following his death. I think this is a really good place.

Awful place to live. Just another City of Hamilton property neglected ,infested, and broken down. Floods happen in the underground every week. They won't give you a transfer once you are in here. Filthy elevators and the building is cluttered with garbage all the time. I feel sorry for my Grandmother who lives here, I want her to move out of here it angers me because the city can well afford to do a better job taking care of our seniors.
