A huge thank you to Angelo in service who went over and above to help me with the engine code light on my Tucson. Without having an appointment he told me to come in so he can scan my vehicle. He did this in the parking lot and not only scanned it but told me what the issue was and cleared the fault code all in about 5 minutes. I was relieved it wasn’t anything serious and that he did the fix so I go drive home. Outstanding customer service!!!!! Thank you again.

I enjoyed the entire time I spent at the Dealer Ship dealing with Charlie Tuna. Knows his stuff & is a good listener as well as identifying your car needs in an expert fashion. Any concerns or additional support needed he is quick to respond & come up with a positive solution. My rating says it all...

This dealership tells you to changed or replaced when all you want is an oil change. They charge for brake inspection. They did not remove the wheels to check the brakes.They wanted $350 more than another garage. They couldn’t classify the bake quality . Overpriced and not honest l

I’ve been dealing with Hyundai at 324 Parkdale Ave. N. since 1984. I have bought 7 new cars and have been treated very well from staff. Service is quick, staff is friendly and I love getting a free car wash when I get my car back.

after a basic oil change and tire change over, the amount of grease left on the door handles and hatch handle is showing me poor workmanship. Not feeling confident that the service machanic cares about customer satisfaction.

Have been going to Parkdale Service Dept since my Hyundai was new and it will be 10 years in 2018.. Have always found the employees to be professional and with concern for my vehicle..Unfortunately I did not expect my brakes to be replaced a month before Christmas, but the timing was just unfortunate for me...Other than that I really have no complaints with the service and you certainly have to trust the dealership you are with, & being with them for almost 10 yrs says alot....Thank you.

The Best Staff and Service

This dealership went above and beyond to help me with repairs to my hyundai. The quality of service and staff are incredible. They fixed everything very quickly and had it running better than ever.

Sales associates are great. Used sales manager very unprofessional when dealing with clients especially when he think he is correct and is proven wrong. Service manager very rude and does not help even after admitting screwing up still does not go out of his way to help and still backs his repairmen noting a huge mess up. You are better off going to mountain Hyundai or Burlington Hyundai. The brand is good just picked a bad dealer
