    I ordered a toy for my son online. It's been 18 days and the item hasn't been even shipped. It's absolutely outrageous!

    I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring. My whole experience at this location left me with as smile on my face as I went to my car.

    Five stars goes to John the greeter and Dominic at cash register!! Was at the store today both gentlemen were very courteous,polite,informative!! John took myself right to the proper aisles to look for Minnie Mouse for my 2 year oldgranddaughter!! Told me Trish is on the floor to help if needed and pointed her out. Dominic explained the R club card he gave. Asked if I needed gift receipts and to bag my gifts. I was very impressed by these guys very welcoming for the store ! Very impressive!!!

    Very bad customer service the store manager is very rude had to wait for an item for almost half n hour for them to check if they had it and it wasn't even busy

    Terrible terrible...

    Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I've called for a certain item for the past two weeks and every time I call, they don't have it. I've gotten laughed at, put on hold for at least 15 minutes. I'll be taking my business to another store.
