KEEP THE WASHROOMS OPEN AT ALL TIME..SOMETIMES DON'T HAVE TIME TO HUNT DOWN THE KEY.SOME OF US OLDER FOLKS CAN'T HOLD IT.
The Fennel Hamilton location seems to be the highest price for housewares in all of Ontario. I have been to almost every store in the province! One middle aged manager in particular lady with blonde hair is a bit unpleasant but same time professional. Over-all staff in this store nice. Just prices are high.
