This was my fifth time calling Ideal Plumbing and Drain for repair various drains pipes around my home. There was a lot of damage to our plumbing on the upper floor of our house, causing much damage to the bathrooms. We called Ideal Plumbing and Drain, and they were able to inspect the problems only to discover that it had much deeper roots; the main problem was down in the basement. Thankfully, Ali and Hamed were quick to identify the problem and explain it to us in simple language and it wasn’t before long that the issue was fixed for good. I’m also sure that we got a great deal for it because not too long ago, our neighbours had a similar problem and unfortunately for them, they hired another plumbing company who had charged an excessive amount. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
