After making a few calls to various tow companies, I decided to go with J&J Towing. The quote provided over the phone was competitive to what others had provided, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the final bill was exactly as quoted - and that's in spite of the fact that it was not the straightforward tow I thought it would be.
