What a terrible experience dealing with Janice. My wife and her friend signed up for a photography class with a deal through Groupon. They were really excited! When our baby girl was born two weeks early, my wife contacted Janice with a week's notice to reschedule for a new session. Here is where the problems began. Despite Janice's advertised 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy, she insisted that she would need to levy additional fees if the girls were to reschedule. She was unwilling to make other concessions and instead began to send harassing emails, ultimately stating that we would have to deal with Groupon. Luckily Groupon stepped in and offered a full refund. Save yourself the headache and find someone else for your photography classes.
