Pulled my RV into this store for an import inspection at the auto desk and was told I had the wrong papers and they would not do the inspection. I told them I had the papers from the Online Portal program but they were very rude and even told me I needed to contact RIV to get the correct form. Later they got online and did the inspection but the supervisor at the auto desk never apologized for his behavior and the anxiety he created.
