We started a claim with insurance company mid August and were told JR mobile RV would take 12 days to complete the repair. 3 weeks later JR mobile RV still had not contacted us so we called them and he said it would be a week and he would be out. He came the following week and remove a set of stairs and said he would order parts and call us to bring it when they came in. Mid October I called to check on parts and was told he would get back to me. A week later he called and said he couldn't gwt p
