The best migraine cure I could ever have asked for. 39 years of having migraines 4 days out of the week, to not one in the past 7 years! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for overall healthy alternative to modern medicine. The pills I took over a time period did NOTHING to help me and all it took was 8 weeks of adjustments to live my life pain-free, but I also feel better and healthier now than I did in my 20-30's. Dr. Sharon and all the staff go out of their way to make every visit positive. i have been going to see Dr. Sharon for over fifteen years. She takes an interest in her patients and shows concern for their overall well-being. Dr. Sharon has helped me with headaches, as well as helped me to manage pain from injuries. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Very friendly comfortable atmosphere in the front room. Clients were greeted by their first names by staff as they arrived which was very welcoming. Dr Adam Brooke's was wonderful. He listened to all of my concerns and assured me he can help me get rid of my pain and numbness. The staff and Dr Adam are great at explaining everything they are doing during the tests and X-rays. The whole process took away a lot of stress for me. Thank you Dr Adam and staff!
I have been visiting Dr. Sharon for over a year now. I was a sufferer of frequent migraines and neck pain from multiple sport injuries. She put together a wellness plan for me and I have never felt better ! With flexible appointments and payment plan they really make it easy to take care of yourself. I am now on a maintence plan and look foreword to my weekly adjustments. Thank you for all you do and for the excellent care and advice you have provided me over the past year :)
I've suffered with sciatic nerve pain for years and after a couple months of treatment my pain level has lowered I'm able to walk properly again. It has been incredible!! Everyone at Bruce Street Family Chiropractor is so friendly and so helpful. I recommend it to anybody to just come in and see for yourself.
I have been going to Dr.Adam Brooks for about one month and I'm feeling some relief to my hip, seen their ad on my computer.
I live with chronic pain. Dr. Adam has helped me lower the level of pain and keeps me functioning daily. I used to take acetaminophen, ibuprofen and A.S.A. daily. I now use them only occasionally. The clinic is inspiring, friendly and comfortable. They offer occasional classes/seminars on different subjects such as diet, meditation and exercise to help you help yourself heal. There are lots of chiropractors out there, but this clinic makes me feel comfortable, and the appointments are fun. How many chiropractors can you say that about? If you like a human connection and not just feel like a number, give Dr. Adam or Dr. Sharon a try. I bet you have fun while healing, too. :)
I went from having 4-5 migraines a week to one every other week, after only 2 months of chiropractic sessions. I am amazed with how much better I feel and how much my lifestyle has improved. Thanks Dr. Adam!

My Doctor said I needed surgery but said she expected that could make it worse. As far as I knew my pain was a life long cross. It got so bad I had to stop working out, on bad days I couldn't even stand up without pain killers. After 4 weeks with Dr. Adam the pain was nearly gone! I was in shock! At this point I hardly even think about my back. Thank you for that. 30 years of pain gone! It's impossible to describe how much this has improved my life. I bought weights, and a treadmill. The thought of lifting weights and exercising is little less scary every day. Thank you Dr, Adam.
I can't say how happy I am to have found this clinic. It has really been a blessing to find doctors who truly care for every patient that walks in their doors. Dr. Adam and Dr. Sharon took the time to really explain everything to me (which had never been done before by the way!) and how to truly fix the cause of my back pain and headaches. I used to take tylenol everyday and now I take none! All the technology and techniques they use are modern and gentle and above all you can really tell they are passionate about helping people.
Great Staff, very friendly, and accomodating. They're open early and late for those that work the usual 9-5 job, and that's a major plus. They're not just about getting you in and out, they take the time to explain what the process is, and how they can assist you, so much better than the usual being told you have to do this or that. They will work with you on maintenance, and wellness, and overall health, from eating right to articles that they publish to assist their patients. It's a nice change to be treated, and spoken to as a person or like one of the family instead of being just another OHIP number. You won't be disappointed that's for sure.
