Found out I had no hot water after dinner and called Reliance. Got a call back from Kendrick that evening offering a time the next morning. They called the next morning to ask if they could come over sooner than appointed. They did a great job getting my hot water back asap!
This was hands down the worst customer service I have received. Woman I spoke with was rude confrontational and less then empathic. I was told I would have a new water heater by end of day or next day and instead I was told I had to wait 5 days. When I explained to her the severity of the situation she simply shrugged it off saying I was lied to. When I asked to speak to the owner it manager she refused told me I could only speak with her and then disconnected the call. I called the owner to lodge a formal complaint and never received a call back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was astonished by the lack of professionalism. I wouldn't even give them one star but this site doesn't allow for a zero rating

Due to unforeseen circumstances, We as a company were unable to respond To this customers demands in a timely fashion. We Deeply regret this unfortunate circumstance
