Had a question about my account. Waiting on the line for 15 minutes and finally hung up. Had the same experience at another RBC branch on Fanshawe East. I am calling mid afternoon and not at busy times. They should hire more representatives to handle incoming calls. Another option would be to be able to leave a telephone number and have someone call you back. Not impressed.
