when company management was roy inch and son was great after take over by enercare got terrible ....57 minutes dealing to get appointment after cancelled all my membership and insurance from them...to make one appointment how much time can take 5-10 min max ..?...come on man almost an hour one stupid appointment ....that actions means treating the customer like an idiot..... who answering your call from home take care of her home works first not yours while put your call on waiting ...
