I had a really bad experience at Freshco's butcher shop (Al Marwa Sunrise Meats) . I politely asked the butcher to put the meat into three bags, so its not difficult to defreeze it later. The butcher refused, and said being rude, that "its your homework", and later refused to prepare the meat altogether. The 'Freshco' manager was called and talked to him but the butcher refused to prepare it and I had to leave without the meat. Extremely bad customer service, and poor organization!!!!
