    40+ year customer with desktop pro and switched to quickbooks online, only to be told by my accountant 2 hours later to stay with desktop pro version and they refused the refund me. I haven't even transfered any files over yet. absolutely garbage service. I would be out of business if I treated my customers like that.

    Wow. Horrific experience trying to get them to close an account and delete OUR data. They seem to go out of their way to piss people off.

    ONLY way to contact them about ANY issue with product is by phone - NO computer contact allowed! This sucks when a person like me is hard of hearing, wears hearing aids, and cant hear very well at all on a phone! Tried phoning, but their connection was very static-ridden, and could hardly hear the rep - useless to me!!!

    Wont answer the most basic customer queries, fails to back up product, has staff that read basic dead-end answers that refuse to solve any problems. I lost my key gen code and they told me numerous things on the phone: such as we dont have bosses, and theres no way to get that code. Terrible company - save your money.
