I would recommend Prabhjeev as a mortgage facilitator. In the process of clearing my mortgage I ran into unexpected obstacles. He struck the right balance of keeping in touch every few days without adding any extra pressure to the situation. He even negotiated a lower rate during that time. When I mentioned I was uncomfortable completing the whole process on-line he readily made the trip to Guelph. I am grateful I had a sincere, professional and calm person to go through the process with.
