We have total night mare with our purchase (paid 30K and all you get is hassle). I wish I had nothing with them to get some peace of mind. If you are interested in Swim Spa or Spa please DO not deposit anything until you visit another spa/swim spa store and do your homework. Misleading: they are claiming they are the manufacturer (Dynasty Spa) and I am dealing directly with manufacturer not dealer.
