First ever visit to dealership in Dec, 2017. The courtesy shown, individualized attention to customer's observation and need and timely service offered were hallmarks of a truly professional service team. It was indeed impressive that headed by a thoughtful and attentive manager who actually took time to listen to the customer's views, the team ensured that work was done efficiently and satisfactorily. Had a very professional experience at Star Motors Collision. I brought my almost brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport here after they were one of my insurance company's prefered locations. I had only owned my car for about 3 weeks before someone backed into it, so I was really hoping they could make it look brand new. They did not disappoint and even got my car back to me 2 days earlier than they had estimated. They also drove me to my rental car place. No hesitation to recommend Star Motors .

This has to be one of the worst Walmart in terms of customer service because you can never find any associate in there own department. The only silver lining is the wireless staff. Every time Ive gone to this location, I always go there first to ask them for help or to find an associate and they always go above and beyond for me. They have also activated a few phones for my family. they have great deals and they come with gift cards which helped pay for my groceries. Highly Recommend!!
