I went to this Subway for a turkey breast sub , I asked for mayonnaise .He looked in the refrigerator and pulls out what looks like mayo but was the lite .. I don't like the lite , he holds his hand over the label and puts it on my sub . a few minutes later another employee brings out the tray of sauces and puts them in the display beside the veggies , The guy wraps up my sub and I pay and leave , I get to the car and bite into my sub and I taste the lite mayo .. I'm like this sucks I only have

Food was good but...

Food was good but the staff were so rude. Especially the older gentlemen named John. He was so rude to every customer, myself included. I wont be returning, management you might want to take a look at how your staff are treating guest that come in.

I do not like thi...

I do not like this Subway location at all. The management is terrible, rude, and disrespectful to their employees and more worried about their money as opposed to their customer service skills. The employees themselves are good but I do not like giving business to the owners. The food is just like any other Subway, it's nothing special to rave about. Unfortunately this is the only Subway location in Newcastle so if your looking for another one you would have to travel to Bowmanville which is the next town.
