Business owner failed to honour contractual payment obligations. === My employment contract with Canam Systems (rights owners to PSA / Proven Solutions) stated I'm to be paid from, and inclusive of, Family Day and onward. Yet I never received payment for the Family Day holiday, which I was contractually owed - and remain owed, to this day. The contractual start date was subsequently altered on the contract, with a handwritten alteration, without my knowledge or consent - to be the following day.
