These people refuse to give us our deposit back after being there for 7 years. There is no justification other than they miscalculated the TMI for 7 years!!! I paid on time and they just found a way to try and keep my money. They also did not acknowledge or factor in their calculations for extra payments made to top up our security deposit. One of the more unbelieveable experiences I have had in 42 years of being in business.
