I traded my truck in, and purchased an older SUV. It didn't matter the size of the transaction, the staff were courteous and great. My Nissan Pathfinder was serviced and detailed, and delivered to me in amazing shape.

I was told that they had a "price match" policy if a similar vehicle found within 100km. Well I found one and what do you think happened? No price match whatsoever. And their website indicated winter tires and automatic car starter included...Well the sales rep said yes it was included if I paid for it. Really? Included if I paid for it? Stay far, far away from this dealership!

Very good experience, love how responsive they are and all of our demands were met. We bought a 2012 Audi A7 with extended warranty. I definitively recommend this dealer. Their garage is open extended hours which makes it extremely easy to book appointments.
