Quality Work

They have worked well with me and my needs. I've been able to get a hold of someone when I have a question. They'll go over my policy with me when I have any questions. My agent has been very helpful.

Great Service

Personal Attention

We have been working with Donald T. Ritchie Insurance for about 20 years to insure our house and our car. We previously worked with another insurance broker and Parry Sound, but switched to Donald T. Ritchie because of their personal attention. We also like that is a local company and they really care about each individual client, you're not just a number like at other agencies.
