I received a defective part but did not realize it until installed. The mechanic had to replace the part before the problem was resolved. Parts Avatar would nor reimburse me since the part had been installed and could not be returned in the original box and packaging. They put condition upon condition until I could not satisfy them.

Scam alert!!!! Terrible customer service!!!! They won't/can't tell me how long it will take before they ship my order. I told them that I cannot wait if they can't at least give me a timeline and asked them to cancel the order. they won't cancel the order because they have already started to process the order; you have to wait until they ship the order, then request a return at your expense and loose 15% for a restocking fee. Guess what; as soon as you pay for your order, it automatically comes
