The owner at this store is very disrespectful. I had so many questions as I am not a techy person and the owner started getting agitated and gave me attitude for asking simple questions I wanted clarity on in regards to cellphones. Customer Service at this store is pathetic.
Suddenly, my Samsung A71 wouldn't charge - the type C UFC plug on the Samsung charger wouldn't properly insert all he way or stay inserted. I tried everything. Then I took it to Fix4Less. He said to come back in 45 minutes, but It was ready in only 30 minutes. That was almost a week ago and it has been fine ever since. Thank you very much Fahaad.

Called Fix It for Less on February 22, 2025 at 3:30 pm because my IPad Pro was frozen and would not work. They asked if I wanted to come in and they would have a look at it. Arrived at 4 pm and my issue with my iPad pro was fixed in 2 minutes at zero cost! How amazing is that! Highly recommend the wonderfully honest friendly owners at the Pickering location. Fix4Less is amazing! Their customer service is excellent, and they repaired my phone perfectly. It works like new now. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
They replaced the back glass, but shortly after, the battery began swelling, which I was told happened due to improper handling during the repair.
I have had both my cell and computer to Fix4Less recently. On both occasions the service was great. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If I have any other concerns with my electronics I would absolutely go there again.
I came in to get a screen crack repair - they insisted that I need to pay another $200 to replace my battery because its no longer good. a friend of mine checked the "new" battery stats and it appears they didn't change any battery - they just charged me $200 extra like a mechanic scam back in my country. This "new battery" has already been used over 230 times and charged to 100% a total of 236 times. I've charged my device perhaps 3 times since I've had it "repaired" by them, NOT 230+ times.
