"This was such a great experience, from start to finish. I normally hate renovations…they are stressful: the people coming in and out of my house make a huge mess, something always goes wrong, there is always miscommunication, and I feel like no one listens to me.
But with this job, it couldn’t be more opposite. I was consulted every step of the way and given expert advice, my house was impeccably clean at the end of every day, and everyone was so polite and considerate.
Most important, my stairs are absolutely beautiful, my floors are perfect, and they all perfectly integrate with the existing colors and design of my house. I wish I’d done this years ago.
