Where`s the service
I have dealt (maybe endured is a more accurate word) with ROGERS for over 15 years. In my experience, 3 out of 4 agents don`t seem to actually care about the customer. Every time ROGERS makes a major mistake on my account and I want to cancel, they try to offer me a deal to keep me. THAT person will be very nice and it`s hard to say no to them, but then the next time there is a problem, I spend sometimes hours or days straightening it out. My advice, if you`re not already on ROGERS, avoid ROGERS like the plague.
