This guy is not trustworthy and super sketchy. He did a crap job on our roof last summer, we’ve had to redo the whole thing. Don’t trust fake reviews
My wife and I first met Sam during the restoration of our first home. We didn't know a lot about bricks or mortar at the time. Sam took the time to explain what was best for our specific situation and actually saved us money by steering us away from an unnecessary pricey "solution" I was willing to finance. Sam wasn't the cheapest quote we received but he took the time to make sure we got it right - no shortcuts! We ended up selling our home and because of Sam's work. Great job
We got a great-looking roof from Sam & Crew... but when the wind storm hit this weekend and nearly half of the roof shingles came flying off, the company was quick to tell us that the warranty doesn't cover wind damage. Sam & Crew did a sub-par job resulting in us needing to file a claim with our insurance, meanwhile all of our neighbours roofs were left in pristine condition. Go with another company, this one is poor quality for the prices they offer.
Sam and Crew built a new fence for our back yard. They're also coming out next month to do some concrete work. They are great at what they do. We'd highly recommend them for any exterior home repair.

Sam and Crew is a great all around exterior home repair business. They have expertise in a large variety of areas. They first came out to do some metal work ad we started talking about other exterior home repairs I needed. They were able to do everything from fixing my chimney, to killing mold, even work on my deck. I would call Sam before I called anyone else.

I did a ton of research before hiring a contractor for masonry repairs to our brick ranch. I had 4 different contractors give us quotes. Sam's quote was the lowest and they were the most communicative of all of the contractors. I called Sam with a few questions about the quote and he answered them right away. 2 of the contractors over-quoted the scope of the work, but Sam was honest about what needed to be done. I'm glad we called them. The job was done right and didn't break the bank.

Our front steps were loose and with the winter weather approaching us, we needed to address the issue as fast as possible. The crew responded quickly and gave a professional assessment of the work needed to repair the damaged steps. He gave a very honest opinion on what work was required We were provided with a very reasonable quote. They were able to pencil us in right away, even though they had a busy week. We're very happy with the work and will use them in the future.
Hired the company to fix a crumbling wall. They came out quickly for the estimate. They got materials and started the job sooner than I imagined they could. Not only were they the most affordable, but they have great reviews and I can see why after hiring them. They do a really good job.

The work was done very well and you can tell they are experts at their craft. We've already been telling neighbors, family, and friends about them. Sam and Crew are a great group that pay attention to detail. Our back steps look so much like they did before that people don't even realize they got replaced. They were very dangerous and I see people gingerly stepping on them. I have to tell them "Hey, they got redone they are safe now." Everyone says, wow they did a great job!

We quickly realized that most did not want to come out for such a minor repair. Several didn't even return our call. From the start, Sam and Crew provided excellent customer service. We told them it was a small job, but they said that it didn't matter. They told us that the size of the job didn't dictate the way treat people. Love them! I would recommend them time and again
