Lost a customer forever! Now I understand that in normal circumstances it is unaccetable to return underwear however, when they cost $40 a pair and come in a sealed box that hasn't been opened, there isn't a reasonable excuse to not be able to exchange them for a different pair. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN. I will never shop at this store again.
