I just received a full face wax from the Eglinton and Victoria park location in toronto Ontario. Being trade secret employees you'd think they'd be trained better & would know how to deal with a customer complaint, the employee used unsafe/burning hot temperature of wax on my face & instead of throwing the applicator out after each wax dip/use on my face she would put it back in the warmer grab some more wax with the same applicator and put it on my face to continue waxing. Disgusting place!
