I would personally give no stars if given the option. when things should be two years and she adds another year without knowing until your contract is up or you want to buy it out. To give you furniture and claim it as new when it’s not. Horrible service for if you need things repaired or replaced. Bad customer service, can be weeks or months before you here from her back. ( never know when she decides to try and run her buisness). I’m surprised she’s still open with the poor quality

Three months after finishing paying for my computer, this location tried to charge me an extra $286 and after going through my own records I realized they infact put an extra $300 surcharge on the bill and I had infact overpaid. They have not returned a single cent till this day nore have they made any attempt to rectify this. I have never been more unsatisfied with a company's service in my life and they still harass my parents with phone calls. also still harrassing terminaly ill family >1year
