Please do your research before attending this gym. Customer service issues, contract issues and payment issues. I am totally capable of paying this gym my bi-weekly dues, but I have chosen to stop the payments due to their horrid business practices. Please be careful and just do your research!
Selection of equipment is great. Gold change rooms are the place to be. Hot tub steam room sauna. Clean and relaxing friendly atmosphere.
My wife and I recently signed up and could not be more proud to be a member of the club. The facilities are clean and spacious, and the Gold area is out of this world. Treat yourself to a premium experience!
If I could give this club zero star I would have done. Make sure you get a copy of your contract on the day of your signature and read the small prints carefully
I felt obligated to give this a 5 star rating while googling and saw one review with 1 star. I've been going to this gym on and off for 9 years. They're always helpful. After a two year absence from the gym I came back and the staff still knew me by name. Best gym I've ever been a member at, and I've been a member at 5 others.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE They don't respond to emails just send threatening ones and when you try to call the accounts department no one answers. When I went in to ask about this threatening email I received they were aggressive arguing with me. They altered a signed contract after I signed it so I didn't get to see what they added in. Worst business ever - even worst customer service -DO NOT GO HERE OR SIGN UP - you shouldn't have to request a copy of your contract it should always be provided

This client was sent to collection for not paying and sticking to her agreement. This is not at all what happened.
