Two times now I have reserved vehicles on their online system and have had the employees call me days later to inform me that they don't have any vehicles available. Their online system is not accurate. NOT RELIABLE!

The whole place is full of rude customer service reps. They ask odd personal questions about your trips when youre about to leave.

Excellent customer service! There wasn't a thing I could think to ask for that they didn't offer me first. I made my reservation online and I amended it my phone. No issues whatsoever when I arrived. Great company, friendly staff...
