poor business man

I've had concerns with the blinds not staying in the open position. After several calls to have him come and fix the problem he only had excuses and delayed the visit. Months later he directed me to the manufacturer which doesn't not make sense. He kept on saying 'the man is not here/ man is in New York. When asked for the number of this "man" he was very unprofessional and hung up the phone. Poor quality blinds. Seems that many people have the same issue with the blinds not staying in position.
