Rooms are decent. Service friendly. Only thing that is terrible is the wifi in the rooms. Poor connectivity. They do have a LAN plug-in but didn’t work when I tried using it. Also need your own LAN cable.
Rate 0 Very unhappy! Booked room by calling Hotel and makes reservations and used my debit card- two- three weeks later drove 5 1/2 hours with my family- get to registration desk and was told I have to have a credit card to be able to say in the suite I had reserved- my cash or debit card wasn't good enough. Was not told this on phone when I made the reservations -and I wasn't offered a different room. Had to find another hotel to stay at!!! Drove all that way to just get turned away!
