Serious price gouging, unethical management, think twice before dealing with this Landlord. This location is 40 and 60 Pleasant Blvd. The prices as you see in the photo are starting prices. Nothing they advertise is accurate, nothing they promise will be honored. They are bullies and will evict you at any opportunity they can to hike up your rental. Annual rent increases 3-5% as they continuously do upgrades.
