Did not honour reservation
After reserving online (L1650240) I showed up this morning, waited 10 mins with no one at the desk, and was told off-hand when talking to another customer that "I might be able to get you a car in a few hours". I asked the point of a reservation, and was told that it was "a glitch in the system". Several errands for today involving many other people, all of which now have to be cancelled. Do yourself a favour and rent from one of the many other businesses in Toronto who are reliable.
