    This store is a hobbist playground. It has been my experience that the prices are better than anything you will find online. The staff is quick to assist and pleasant- they will remember your face from your previous visit. At times the gentlman behind the counter is too laid back and quiet but he will go to the end of the earth and leave no stone unturned trying to get you what you want. Dont be fooled by his quite demeanor he is a hunter and quick to get you what he may not stock.

    “If I can help someone locate a rare puzzle or board game it‘s a good day for me,” says Camran Rod, the brains behind Game and Hobby Zone. “We have things from all around the world that no one else has in Canada. That’s one of our specialties — if we don’t have it we'll get it no matter what.”

    Since 2001, the Yorkville shop has been delighting people of all ages with an eclectic selection of board and card games, strategy games, brainteasers, jigsaw puzzles, models and children’s toys. So it comes as no surprise that the Toronto community has recognized Game and Hobby Zone as one of the best shops of its kind.
