Arguably the best Greek on the Danforth. Best Greek salad hands down. Reliable, great portions. Just so good. Only complaint is they don’t have large slices of Gyros. Their Gyros looks more like Shawarma. Go to Friendly Greek for good Gyros. 10/10.

Good food, service and price

Kalyvia is our reunion place every 6 months where we are welcomed, served good real home made Greek food at a reasonable price. The patio is our favourite spot to enjoy Toronto's Greektown. Our food selection is usually from the appetizers where we have sampled all of them and they are all tasty and plentiful. We have been doing this since 1995 and have always left satisfied validated by booking our next reunion date..

Our favorite Greek restaurant

We have been coming to Kalyvia for over 15 years, since they had a tiny restaurant in half of their current space. Generous portions, meat is always tender and perfecty cooked. We love the house salad dressing. Fair prices as well.

The best Greek food on the Danforth, it reminds...

The best Greek food on the Danforth, it reminds me of the good old days on the danforth, when food was of quality. The food is excellent, amazing fried calamari and the Greek salad is very tasty. I really love this place. If it got a facelift, I am sure this would be the most popular resturant on the danforth.

The best Greek food in Greektown! Very tasty...

The best Greek food in Greektown! Very tasty meat and seafood dishes. The souvlaki is the most delicious I've tried anywhere. We've been coming here for over 15 years and we will continue to make it a special night out. The service is always attentive. Excellent value!
