I came in the store a week ago. I was looking for a specific wine for a dinner that I was hosting. One of your employees Lori took the time to assist me and explained the different wines to me. I would like to commend her on her excellent customer service. She also told me, she got promoted to full time and leaving the Spadina Store. I feel sad...and wish her all the best. Mary W.
